The rooms here are impressive and absolutely perfect, with a useful bathroom, furniture, and a coffee maker, making for a really comfortable stay during a long road trip.

I had a family room and it was impressive.

Recently renovated and friendly place, I liked outstandingly accommodating personnel.

Units with a queen sized bed.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was marvelous within walking distance of restaurants. Stayed at an absolutely perfect and comfy room with a bathroom, which would be quiet plus a Queen-sized bed.

It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed, and when we checked in at 5 pm they did not have one room ready. We needed to get ready to go out and said we would have to move on and the manager said there was a 24 hr cancellation policy, but what about the 3 pm checking? Someone had been smoking in the room and we did not have towels I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper.

Slamming doors all night long, to the point that the bed actually vibrated. I think it was the staff going in and out of the office area directly below our room. I had planned on staying four nights but moved out to a Best Western after my sleepless first night.

This place was quite clean, and the room was really comfortable, even though it was a bit outdated, they kept it clean and had useful furniture.

Convenient location and great price.

No cups in room and no water for sale (none at desk and no vending machines). I had to take my medicine using tap water and my hand as a cup. Also, carpeting was old - needs updating. Continental breakfast was disappointing - very little to select from (but luckily, there were several restaurants close by).

There was not much to like.

The experience was absolutely atrocious. The hotel had spots on the floors, like some people (several) had vomited on the floors. This was perhaps explained by; the the next morning, my husband encountered a pit bull walking down the hallway of the hotel. The hotel stuck badly. The carpet was puckered and dirty in our room. The free continental breakfast was a white paper bag with an apple, muffin and a bottle of water in it. What a joke! When my husband tried to get us one of the bags, he was told that he could only take one, and the rest of us had to come and get our own. This experience was absolutely humiliating and disgusting! We will never go back. Nor will we ever recommend this hotel to anyone else!

Peaceful location and conveniently close to Kalamazoo airport, just 0.5 miles away. My room was beautifully maintained and functional, equipped with a coffee maker, useful furniture, and a bathroom.

Good spot to stop overnight while driving to Chicago. Staff very pleasant.

Sad and tired looking with fresh paint splashed aroud to try and perk it up. Breakfast was, as expected for the price, very poor quality food..

The room was clean and comfortable once we got the heat turned up.

The staff did not listen to our handicapped needs and lied to us. Then when reported to the manager, all she could say is it was a "misunderstanding" after the fact.

Stay here and enjoy the newly renovated rooms that include modern amenities like a bathroom and a coffee maker, plus it's located conveniently close to restaurants.

I didn't like that the continental breakfast advertised no longer exists at that location and the wheel on luggage cart was broke.

Well, it was a fine stay for one night.
